Education, History, and the Foundation of My Paranormal Investigations
In 1998, I attended UC Davis, where I studied history. That background still plays a major role in my investigations today. Understanding a location’s history—who lived there, what occurred there, and what patterns repeat—adds crucial context that many paranormal investigations overlook.
During and after college, I began exploring haunted locations and documenting my experiences using the best equipment available, while also learning how to structure investigations in a way that captures consistent data.
Parapsychology Training & Investigation Methodology
In 2004, I began studying parapsychology under Lloyd Auerbach, an experience that helped shape the investigative foundation I still follow today. That training emphasized two critical principles:
- How human perception influences paranormal experiences
- How to test and document claims through structured field methods
Many of my investigations include experiments focused on environmental changes, witness perception, and controlled conditions—helping separate assumptions from evidence and improving the quality of documentation.
